I am a Creative Director based in Chicago with over twenty years of experience in branding, design, and digital storytelling. My work spans visual identity, packaging, photography, web, and campaign design, always with the goal of creating meaningful connections through craft.
In previous roles I have led teams and programs in both academic and commercial environments. At Chicago State University I directed graphic communication and built design curricula while navigating multiple stakeholders including administration, faculty, and students. At Little Black Pearl Art & Design Center I partnered with major brands such as Nike, Jordan Brand, Footlocker, Mini Cooper, Best Buy, Facebook, and Apple to design and execute campaigns that merge creativity with cultural relevance.
Most recently I led the full brand system for Carver 47 Food and Wellness Market, defining identity, packaging, and digital experience for a D2C wellness line rooted in community, culture, and purpose.
What drives me is the belief that design is more than visual. It is narrative, legacy, and transformation. I bring a leadership style rooted in empathy, discipline, and vision, empowering creative teams to deliver work that stands out and matters.
