NATIONAL COLLABORATIVE FOR HEALTH EQUITY | COHLI FOR RACIAL HEALING ZOOM COHORT HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS
The Culture of Health Leadership Institute for Racial Healing (CoHLI) brings together leaders from across the country who are advancing racial and health equity through community healing, collaboration, and systemic change.
Over three 18-month cohorts, participants met monthly to learn, reflect, and grow together, sharing deeply personal stories and collective visions for a more just world. My role was to transform more than 70 hours of Zoom recorded sessions into cohesive highlight films that capture the spirit, dialogue, and transformation of this journey.
Each video distills over 24 hours of Zoom footage per cohort into a visual narrative that honors the heart of CoHLI’s mission: empowering leaders to strengthen their healing practices, connect with others, and inspire action through equity and care.
LITTLE BLACK PEARL THRIVING LEADERS INTERVIEWS
The Thriving Leaders Center (TLC) at Little Black Pearl cultivates young, creative leaders through mentorship, innovation, and community building. The program equips participants with the skills, confidence, and support to design projects that uplift their communities and themselves.
As part of this initiative, I produced and directed a series of four interview videos featuring TLC participants. Each conversation captures the voices and visions of emerging leaders reflecting on their personal growth, creative process, and the impact of their work.
Through storytelling and visual design, these videos showcase the spirit of the Thriving Leaders Center—where creativity meets purpose, and leadership is shaped by reflection, resilience, and community connection.
